2017 - Present
Communications Coordinator
I gather, organize, and maintain information on the FSO database for prospective students, parents, high school counsellors, and community agencies. I also create, manage, coordinate, and analyze mass email campaigns designed to inform and educate our target markets.
In 2020, I had the opportunity to work on an enterprise project for KPU - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Relationship Management). The scope of the project involved integrating, streamlining, and customizing a database system across the institution.
2017 - 2017
Marketing Co-op
I worked on the 2017 KPU Website Refresh project where I was responsible for coordinating staff, faculty, students, and the web vendor. I also learned a bit of HTML and CSS during my time on the project. I was part of the digital marketing team that developed and implemented new strategies for the university's social media platforms and advertising.
2016-2016
Business Development Coordinator
I was part of the events team that planned and organized the 2016 PICS annual Mega Job Fair and Business Expo which brought in thousands of guests. I also assisted with market research to acquire funds from the Surrey Board to develop a new non-profit volunteer centre in Surrey.

-FUN FACTs-
During my time with the Marketing department at KPU, I was part of the video production team that was tasked with producing videos and photographs for advertising campaigns and the institution's viewbook. Sometimes we had difficulties finding extras for our photoshoots which resulted in me being shoehorned into the background throughout several promotional pieces between 2017 - 2019. Below are a couple of photoshoots that I'd been forced take part in. Video links are available in the image description.
